2. Overview
This website is a simple informational page (“Coming Soon”). It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services and no advertising networks. No personal data is actively collected unless you contact us by email. Fonts and all other resources are loaded locally from this website; no external services (e.g. Google Fonts) are embedded.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; for the EEA: Cloudflare Portugal, Unipessoal Lda., Largo Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro 29, 1200-369 Lisbon, Portugal).
When you access this website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page accessed / name of the retrieved file
- volume of data transferred and access status
- browser type and version, operating system
- referrer URL
This processing is technically required for the provision, stability and security of the website (including defence against attacks and DDoS protection). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of the website). Cloudflare processes the log data only for the purposes stated and does not merge it with other data sources.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Cloudflare. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and additionally on EU standard contractual clauses.

4. Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, content of the message, and your name where applicable) will be processed exclusively to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Your rights
You have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller with regard to personal data concerning you:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Right to object: Insofar as processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). An overview of the supervisory authorities is available at bfdi.bund.de.
6. Changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy will be adapted as necessary, for example if the website is extended with additional functionality (e.g. a contact form, newsletter or analytics tools). The current version published here applies in each case.
